Application Process
Who Should Apply
Admissions for children new to Chesterton Academy of St. John Paul II Classical School who will be in grades 9, 10, or 11 for Academic Year 2025-26. This includes:
- Children who are 2024-25 8th grade students at another GRACE school
- Children who are 2024-25 8th grade OR high school (grades 9-10) students at another private or public school
- Children who are 2024-25 home-schooled (8th, 9th or 10th grades)
IMPORTANT NOTE: Families with students who are currently enrolled in grades 8, 9, 10, and 11 at St. John Paul II Classical School/Chesterton Academy are not required to apply for admission. Families of current students will be informed of re-enrollment requirements.
Admission Timeline
Admissions for Chesterton Academy of St. John Paul II opens earlier (November) than admissions for GRACE PK-7 (January) due to the complex nature of planning high school programming.
- The Priority Application Period for the 2025-26 academic year is from November 1 to December 20, 2024.
- Due to limited seating, applications submitted after the priority deadline (December 20, 2024) will be evaluated on a rolling basis.
Application Process
- Shadow: Shadow Day at Chesterton Academy. To schedule a shadow day, use the form below.
- Apply: Legal parent/guardians submit the online application in TADS by clicking the Apply Now button below.
- Academic Records: As directed in the online TADS Admission application, as applicable:
- Complete and provide the Student Information Request Form, OR
- Complete and provide the Homeschool Information Request Form
- Letter of Interest: The applicant student must submit a letter of interest to Interim Headmaster, Mr. Patrick McKeown. This letter is to review why the applicant student wishes to attend Chesterton Academy of St. John Paul II Classical School. This letter is to be emailed.
- Meeting: Personal meeting of the applicant student and their family with Interim Headmaster, Mr. Patrick McKeown. To schedule the meeting, fill out the form below or contact the CA of SJPII School Office and speak with Mrs. Nadine LeRoy at (920) 617-9542, option 3.
- Subsequent Requirements:
- The applicant student must fulfill the current academic year requirements successfully which will be evidenced by graduation and/or academic records at the conclusion of the 2024-25 academic year.
- CLT Readiness Test for High School will be taken by all incoming high school students during the first 30 days of application.
